As part of our commitment to creating exceptional moments, please note that all ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for event tickets.

 Event Cancellation: 

If an event is cancelled by Izanagi Events, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price.

 Rescheduled Events: 

If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

 Third-Party Tickets: 
We strongly recommend purchasing tickets through Izanagi Events’ official channels. Tickets bought from third-party resellers may be invalid, and we do not provide refunds for these purchases.
